Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
All paid trial, monthly, and short-term subscriptions (including but not limited to quarterly,
half-yearly, or custom-duration plans) are non-refundable.
LeadPixie provides a 1-day free trial, during which users can explore the product features,
workflows, and supported environments. By upgrading to any paid subscription, you acknowledge
that you have reviewed and accepted the product capabilities, limitations, and terms as disclosed
on the website at the time of purchase.
Annual Subscription Refund Policy (First-Time Customers Only)
If you are subscribing to a LeadPixie annual plan for the first time, you may request a refund
within 7 days from the date of the first payment only in the event of a verified technical issue
directly attributable to LeadPixie’s core platform that prevents access to core features
explicitly described on the LeadPixie website at the time of purchase.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from, including but not limited to:
- Third-party services, APIs, integrations, or providers (including WhatsApp, telephony services,
payment gateways, cloud providers, social media platforms, or any external vendors)
- Downtime, limitations, policy changes, restrictions, or service disruptions imposed by
third-party providers
- User device limitations, browser incompatibility, operating system constraints, network
connectivity issues, or poor system performance
- Unsupported platforms or environments, including iOS devices or iOS-based browsers, unless
explicitly stated as supported
- User-side misconfiguration, incorrect setup, misuse, or lack of technical proficiency
- Business outcomes, sales performance, lead quality, or unmet expectations
Determination of whether a technical issue qualifies for a refund shall be made solely by
LeadPixie’s technical team after internal verification.
Refund Processing Terms
- In approved cases, LeadPixie will retain 20% of the annual subscription fee or an equivalent
amount representing usage, onboarding, training, support, customizations, or any other
man-hours already availed.
- The remaining amount will be refunded.
- No refund requests will be entertained after the 7-day refund window, under any
circumstances.
Refund Request Process
To be considered valid, refund requests must strictly adhere to the following:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of first payment
- The request must be sent only via email to support@leadpixie.in
- The email must be sent from the registered account email ID
- The request must include the account name, registered phone number, and payment reference details
- Refund requests made via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted
Renewals and Subsequent Annual Subscriptions
Renewals, upgrades, or second-time annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. By renewing
your subscription, you acknowledge that the service meets your requirements.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued except as per
the first-time annual subscription policy mentioned above. Cancellation stops future billing
but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
